Summer Inspo

For those of you in the Northern Hemisphere who are enjoying Summer, this is nothing new. But I have to wait until December comes to wear shorts and eat a lot of ice cream.

I know that we're just in August, but I'm really bored of winter and a little bit of Summer Inspo wouldn't hurt anyone. Besides, I'm sick and I haven't been able to leave my house for a week now, so I have good reasons to dislike Winter.

There are some trends that I specially like for Summer and I wanna share them with you.

Para ustedes en hemisferio norte que están disfrutando del verano esto no es nada nuevo. Pero yo tengo que esperar hasta diciembre para usar shorts y comer mucho helado.

Se que recién estamos en agosto, pero estoy muy aburrida del invierno y un poco de inspiración de verano no le hace mal a nadie. Además, estoy enferma y hace una semana que no puedo salir de mi casa, así que tengo buenas razones para no gustar del invierno.

Hay algunas tendencias que me gustan especialmente para el verano y las quiero compartir con ustedes.

Tropical and floral prints are so cool for summer There are a lot of options and they make and outfit cool. It's not just for the beach, but for every occasion.  Rompers, dresses, bathing suits, sneakers, you name it! This prints are all over the place! And I'm going to adapt them to my Summer wardrobe.

Los estampados florales y tropicales están muy copados para el verano. Hay muchas opciones y hace cualquier outfit mas lindo. Nos es solo para la plara, sino para cualquier ocasión. Enteritos, vestidos, trajes de baño, zapatillas, etc. 

Estos estampados estan por todos lados! Los voy a incluir en mi armario de verano.

Very feminine, fresh and delicate, this trend is perfect for summer. Jelly shoes and birkens are the stars. They mix comfyness and chicness. Dresses and rompers are very comfortable and fancy. 

This trend is very girly, and I personally love it!

Muy femenina, fresca y delicada, esta tendencia es perfecta para el verano. Las skippies (jelly shoes) y las fransiscanas (birkenstock) son las protagonistas. Son la mezcla de comodidad y belleza. Los vestidos y enteritos son cómodos y elegantes.

Esta tendencia es muy femenina, y personalmente me encanta!

Sporty, chic, wild... it consist in a mix of prints, textures and styles where the sporty items are the principal pieces. A cute fancy blouse with sneakers, nice skirts with sweatshirts, etc.

The number of possible combinations is gigantic. This style gives us a lot of freedom to use our creativity and accomplish unique outfits!

Deportivo, chic, salvaje... consiste en la mezcla de estampas, texturas y estilos donde las prendas deportivas son las protagonistas. Una blusa linda con zapatillas, pollera elegantes con buzos, etc.

El numero de posibles combinaciones es enorme. Este estilo nos da la libertad de usar nuestra creatividad y lograr outfits únicos!

Esta es mi Inspiration board. Pongo todo lo que me inspira, lo que me ayuda, lo que me gusta. Eto me hace sonreír cada vez que lo veo. Es una forma de visualizar las cosas que quiero y deseo.

Style Inspiration >> Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is a great artist, but apart from that, she's a fashionista, and her style inspires millions of girls.

She's know for having a very ladylike and girly look. Taylor is often (very often, but we never get tired of it!) seen in red-white-black outfits.

She does it right! Stripes,polka dot, shorts, skirts in these colors make her look chic and sophisticated. 

This blondie always looks hot but never too provocative or trashy, alwayslike a lady.

Even though she doesn't wear very short skirts or long cleaveges, she always looks age-appropiate and sexy.

She rocks high heels, but she's often seen in oxfords and loafers.

Her signature lipstick color is red and it looks great on her!

Taylor also made more than one colaboration with Keds, the sneaker brand.

Taylor Swift has made her name big in the music field and she's doing the same with Fashion industry.

I personally admire her style. My style is nothing like hers but she inspires me!

Taylor Swift es una gran artista, pero ademas de eso, es una fashionista y su estilo inspira a millones de chicas.

Es conocida por su estilo muy lady y femenino.Es común (demasiado común,pero nunca nos cansamos!) ver a Taylor en outfits rojo-blanco-negro.

Ella lo hace bien! Rayas, lunares, shorts, polleras, en este color, hacen que su look sea chic y sofisticado.

Aunque no usa polleras muy cortitas ni escotes muy largos, siempre se ve apropiada para su edad y sexy.

Rockea los tacos altos pero siempre se la ve de mocasines.Su color fijo de labios es el rojo, y lo lleva muy bien.

Taylor también hizo mas de una colaboración con Keds, la marca de calzado.

Taylor Swift se hizo un nombre grande en el terreno de la música y ahora esta haciendo lo mismo en la industria de la Moda.

Yo, personalmente, admiro su estilo. Mi estilo es nada que ver al suyo pero ella me inspira!

Trend >> Pink Coat

The trend of wearing an oversized pink coat is everywhere! A lot of A-list stars and famous fashion bloggers are facing the below-cero temperatures in the North Hemisphere with this colorful outerwear. It's a good fashion piece to make a statement.
Personally, I don't like it. I wouldn't use it. Would you?  I think that it's a lot of pink! I would use it in a smaller version, maybe a snug pink coat that hits my hip; but, for me, pink and oversized don't make a good combination, at least for my closet. I love pink, i really do, but this piece of clothing is not one of my favorites. I know that a lot of fashionistas are dying to get a pink coat and if you really like this trend I think you should go for it! But don't feel pressured to get one if you're not really in love with it!
What is your opinion about this trend? Do you think that it's going to be a trend in South America too?

La tendencia de usar un abrigo grande rosa está en todos lados! Un montón de estrellas y fashion bloggers famosas están enfrentando las temperaturas bajo cero en el hemisferio Norte con este colorido abrigo. Es una buena prenda de moda para hacerse notar.Personalmente, no me gusta. No lo usaría. Ustedes si? Creo que es demasiado rosa! Lo usaría en una versión mas pequeña, tal vez un abrigo ajustado rosa que termine en mi cadera; pero, para mi, rosa y grande no es una buena combinación, por lo menos no para mi armario. Amo el color rosa, de verdad, pero esta prenda no es una de mis favoritas. Se que muchas fashionistas se están muriendo de ganas de tener un abrigo rosa y si de verdad les gusta esta tendencia úsenla! Pero no se sientan presionadas a comprarse uno si no lo aman de verdad!
Cual es su opinión con respecto a esta tendencia? Creen que va a ser tendencia en Sudamérica también?

Not one of my favorites! No es una de mis favoritas!

The first time I saw this trend I didn't like it at all! But I did some research and I found some pairs that I like. The brown one of the pictures above is one of my favorites.

This kind of boots is perfect for between-seasons weather. When it's not too hot or not too cold and you don't know what footwear to use.

Here in my town I haven't seen anything like this, maybe it will come soon to the local shoestores.

La primera vez que vi esta tendencia no me gustó para nada! Pero investigué un poco y encontré pares que me gustan.

La marrón de las fotos de arriba es una de mis favoritas.

Este tipo de botas es perfecto para entre temporadas, cuando no hace ni frío ni calor y no sabés que calzado usar.

Acá en mi pueblo todavía no vi nada como eso, tal vez llegue pronto a las tiendas locales.

Qué piensan ustedes? Les gusta esta tendencia? La incorporarían a su armario?

Personalmente yo si! Tienen estilo y son únicas :)
